Children’s day is celebrated each year at Young Ladies High School as a tribute to the country’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s birth anniversary. It was for his special love towards children that he came to be known as “Chacha”.
Children’s day party as a tradition of School was organised. Students celebrated and rejoiced. Each class was given a liberty to hold a special competition,three winners from each class was announced,prizes for each winner was given. Students dance and sang their favourite songs, they departed with anunforgettable memory and a mealbox from Monginis. Students every year wait for this lovely day.
