Our venerable Trafford house, which has housed our school for several decades and supported generations of students has weathered the ravages of time and now needs our urgent help.

The school building needs urgent structural repairs. As per the structural audit, the repairs are likely to exceed Rs. 80 lakhs.

The Young Ladies High School has stood as a beacon of education for the Girl child for well over a century. Would request all to graciously donate to this deserving cause.

Virtual Celebration of the Investiture ceremony

The Investiture ceremony is a prestigious ceremony for a school. Despite of the widespread of the pandemic the indomitable spirit of young talented leaders of Young Ladies High School was commemorated by means of a virtual Investiture on August 12, 2021.

The investiture ceremony is an occasion where the school consigns in the newly investiture office bearers. The function started with the wall lighting of camp by the principal Mrs. T. Graceline, supervisor Ms. Pontes followed by recreational event. The principal addressed the audience and conducted oath taking ceremony by the student’s council members. The office bearers were sashed and badged by their parents.

The head girl of the school promise and assured to work unitedly for the development of the school.

At last the session ended with school anthem and vote of thanks.

The occasion proved to be an exhilarating moment for all the office bearers, filled with zeal and zest to take up their duties.
